This project involved total renovation of the interior along with some exterior and site modifications, additionally adding a gymnasium and porte-cochere. Fanelli Construction Inc. completed the construction of the 45,000 sf school in the Fall of 2008. Working closely with Architect William J. Cohen, AIA & the entire construction committee the project was finished in a timely manor and on budget.  In conjunction to the high contrast and bright décor the entire building is equipped with energy efficient lighting, water conserving plumbing fixtures,  motion sensor lighting & computer controlled HVAC  including CO2 detectors in large rooms detect usage and adjust heating and cooling.
